Grilled salmon with cucumber salad

Fish has never been easier to prepare. The cucumber salad taste great with trout as well as salmon and is super quick to make.

    • 800 g salmon
  • Cucumber salad
    • 1 cucumber, grated
    • 20 cloves of garlic, chopped
    • 70 g mayonnaise
    • 70 g natural yoghurt
    • 10 turns of a pepper grinder
    • 0.5 tsp salt
    • 1 bunch fresh dill, roughly chopped

Procedure

  1. Chop the garlic cloves, grate the cucumber and mix with the roughly chopped dill, mayonnaise and yoghurt.
  2. Season the salmon with salt and pepper and grill on a griddle frying pan for around 7 minutes, skin side down. Turn and fry for around 3 minutes. 
  3. Serve the grilled salmon and cucumber salad with bread.
